"We reviewed 3,922 out-patients and 287 in-patients during the period from January 1 to December 31, 1971 in the Department of Urology, Seoul National University Hospital, College of Medicine in reference to set ratio monthly and organ distribution of various disease of genitourinary tract and operative procedure. The results were as follow: 1. Among the 3, 922 cases of out-patient 3, 347 were male and 575 were female with sex ratio of 5.8:I. The most common diseases were chronic NGU(9.15%), redundant prepuce (7.80%) and chronic prostatitis (7.57%) in order. 2. Among the 287 cages of in-patient, 233 were male and 54 were female with sex ratio of 4.3:1 The most common diseases were ureter stone (1.92%), bladder tumor (9.04%), renal tuberculosis (9.04%) and renal stone (7.65%) in order. 3. Of 287 in-patients, operation was done in 174 cases (60.6%). 4. Of l74 operation cases, nephrectomy was the most common and ureterolithototomy, transurethral coagulation and orchiectomy in order."
